Terms & Condition

Pickup and Removal: ALL items from the auction must be removed by the scheduled pick update. after the online auction ends, unless other arrangements have been made.

Terms: Payment in full is requested within 24 hours of the end of the sale, and an invoice will be sent to all winners.  Sales tax plus 15% buyers premium will be added to all final bids to establish the total contract sales price.

Please take note that we will wait for the transaction to be posted to our account BEFORE the items can be picked up. CA sales tax will apply to all purchases. If you have a State Sales Tax number, please enter it during registration.
